Known as Mom, Nana, Silver, Aunt So-So, and Gorgie -the cottage at Nannibush’s in Pointe au Baril will never be the same without her and her foreman ways.
Quick with advice - whether it was wanted it or not - she could always be counted on for her unapologetic honesty.
She adored music, laughter and her second love Elvis. She killed it at a game of Scrabble and Poker, loved all foods fully salted and properly burnt, and was happiest playing Bingo alongside her daughters and sisters.
She made the absolute best chocolate chip cookies, was a talented painter, and a beautiful storyteller.
Predeceased by her devoted husband, Glenn Johnson of 51 years.
Cherished mother of Glenda; Jeff and his wife Donna; Jamie and his wife Darlene; Michelle and her husband Ron; and Perry and his wife Claudia.
Loving Nana of Stephannie, Shane, Raymond, James, Glenn, Kristen, Craig, Matthew, Brianna, Logan, Mackenzie, and Alex. Great-Nana of Noah and Sebastian.
Lovingly remembered by her many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
