<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully at Southlake Village at the age of 83 on Tuesday, November 8th, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Mel (1999) and daughter Mary Lou (2013). Loving mother to Doug (Karrie), Cathy (Paul), Diane, and Paul (Mary). Beloved nana to Ryan (Melanie), Leslie (Paul), Stacie, Matthew, and Christopher. Great grandmother to Jack and Kara. Dearest sister to Kevin (Shirley) and Joe (Maureen). A special thanks to the staff at Southlake Village for their compassionate care of Pat over the last 4 years. A Memorial Service will be held at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME-NEWMARKET CHAPEL, 524 Davis Dr., 905-898-2100 on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00a.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.</div>
